Vacuum packaging machines

Chamber vacuum machines for packing products in barrier bags. Compare TEPRO tabletop, free-standing and double-chamber models by chamber dimensions, seal length and pump capacity. Modified atmosphere packaging requires a suitable gas-dosing system.

Before selecting a model

Compare chamber and sealing-bar dimensions with the product and bag format. Specify the product, required number of packs per working period and any modified-atmosphere requirement. Pump capacity alone does not determine actual line output.

Selection questions

How do I choose a tabletop or floor-standing machine?

Compare product and bag dimensions with the chamber, and consider loading and workflow. The bag must fit conveniently on the sealing bar.

What does vacuum-pump capacity mean?

It is a pump characteristic considered together with chamber volume and the process. It is not the number of finished packs per hour.

Why does sealing-bar configuration matter?

It determines how bags can be positioned in the chamber. Match bar length and arrangement to the required pack formats.

Which bags are needed for a chamber machine?

Consider compatible smooth vacuum bags with suitable structure and thickness. Shrinking or cooking requires the appropriate specialised material.

Can gas flushing be specified?

It depends on the model’s capabilities and configuration. State any MAP requirement when selecting the equipment.
