SCHARFEN AK 4 portions round and rectangular hard and semi-hard cheese. The electronically controlled cutting cycle takes approximately 30 seconds; the fitted knife set determines the portion format.
The knife set and cutting plate can be removed for cleaning. A mechanical lid interlock provides safety during operation.
